I brush my teeth twice a day & rinse with mouthwash. i drink soda & eat candy sometimes. will this cause white spots?

White spots: The trick is to be an effective brusher and flosser. Mouthwash is optional unless it is prescriptive and for gum disease. I suggest brushing once per day but for 5 minutes(time it) and floss. The second brushing can be a touch up. That routine has served me well; candy and soda are not the only sugars. There is the sugar you add to coffee/tea, breakfast cereals are high in sugar;speck has 9gms/cup.

Probably not...: White spots are caused by too much Fluoride during tooth development and not removing plaque effectively..
