Healthy food.: Everyone makes mistakes and occasionally eats too much. Forgive yourself. The most important thing is to exercise more to burn it off, and then immediately return to a healthy diet of 6-8 fruit and vegetable servings a day, whole grains, lean protein, and some calcium containing foods. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day getting your heart rate up at least twice the baseline level.

Just deal.: Nothing to do about this. No cleanse. All that candy is simple sugar, and gets very quickly absorbed from the stomach. No getting rid of it now. Exercise (regularly, not just because of this), eat healthy most of the time, and take this for what it was.
