A member asked:

I have recently recovered from a binge purge ed. but now i am having a problem with no appetite because i rarely have cravings anymore. should i force myself to eat a certain amount of calories or would that be a slippery slope?

That’s a good question & one that your team who helped you get over the binge/purge should also address. You definitely do NOT want to go down a slippery slope, so it is important to cultivate healthy attitudes toward foods & toward your body, & to have the freedom to eat a balance of foods when you are hungry. This may be a time to try new tasty foods in moderate amounts, but with supervision
