Bumps: Weird isn't really a medical term and , hence, means something to one person and not to another. Your best course is to see your podiatrist who can examine the bumps and begin a treatment plan for you. Good luck.

Go to a podiatrist: A podiatrist can treat you with a variety of modalities based on the findings of the history of the injury and physical exam. It's better to get an accurate diagnosis, then treatment.
