I didnt get a response that pertained to what i asked about, i was curious if i should be concerned about a white/yellow little ball/bump on my caruncle, it is painless but very noticeable and feels a bit odd?

Is the ball/bump a new phenomenon or has it been there all along? Is there any discharge or surrounding redness? Has there been any trauma or rubbing of the skin around the caruncle.
