Not curable, but...: Migraine should be viewed as an attack that is accompanied by various neurological and non-neurological features as well as headache.Over the years, many theories on the pathophysiology of migraine have been assumed, but the exact cause of migraine is still controversial and lacks in our understanding remain. Migraine is not curable, but treatable or rather manageable.
