Keep the same schedule daily, drink lots of water, moderate exercise regularly, balanced diet to keep your weight down, pain diary. Treatments: physical therapy, acupuncture, supplements, stress control/relaxation, biofeedback, cognitive behavioral therapy. Most important: see your physician for a proper diagnosis.
