Unilateral : Migarines are usually unilateral throbbing headaches with light, sound and smell sensitivity. You will generally have nausea. They tend to get worse with movements. They tend to last 4-72 hours. The headaches can also be bilateral and you may not have all the above features. Its important to be treated adequately for them.
