Migraine: Is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Headache, vertigo, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound and paresthesias. There are studies to support that migraine attacks affected by sleep, circadian rhythms, and other sleep disorders triggers. Hence, shifts are bad for migraine. Rec.
