How can i tell if this lump on my arm.is really a lipoma i was told by a nurse a long time ago. but im not sure . help?

Get a biopsy: If sure of dx. Continue to observe, if unsure refer to surgeon for bc.

MRI: Unlike most soft tissue tumors, you can diagnose a lipoma confidently with an mri. If it looks like a lipoma on mri, you don't need a biopsy or surgery.
