Bronchospasm...: Sometimes, an upper airway infection can lead to bronchospasm. So, a cough lasting longer than the cold symptoms may be due to bronchospasm. Treatment with inhaled bronchodilators and possibly inhaled steroids may be needed to alleviate this cough. See your doctor so this can be diagnosed and treated!
