See your doc: First see your family doctor. Your family doctor will rule out organic causes for depression and establish whether depression is the diagnosis. He or she may elect to start medication treatment at that time or maybe for you on to a psychiatrist. You should also be referred to a psychologist for psychotherapy as it is well-known that both medication and therapy together provide the best results. I truly hope that you are feeling better soon and i wish you all the best as we head into this blessed holiday season. Be well and be safe.
