You may have been having difficult dreams trying to deal with issues that you don't remember but that drained you of your energy. If you continue to have these problems first have a physical examination by a Doctor to know if you have an illness or need a sleep study. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you with your issues.

Sometimes when we feel anxious or depressed we have a tendency to not want to get out of bed and face the day, but staying in bed ruminating or worrying will usually make the feelings worse. Getting up and moving turns our attention outward toward the world and other people. This generally makes it feel better.
