Stay away: There are many alternatives to mall use; I am aware of several friends who have not been to one in years. Otherwise you will have to expose yourself time after time to very limited parts of the mall until you figure out what place there is causing the problem.

More specific?: You will need to tell how what kind of symptoms you experience when you are at a mall. Also need to know if it is the scent, air conditioning, etc which might have triggered your symptoms. Not all adverse reactions are from allergies.
