A member asked:

How do i know if i'm allergic to wheat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testing: See an allergist and allow them to perform skin testing and blood testing. Last step would be a food challenge. Or you could simply eliminate all wheat products from your diet and see if that helps.
