Wisdom teeth: This may be either the edge of the socket or a piece of loose bone. In any case, check back with your surgeon.

Bump: Pointy White Tipped Bump should be physically examined and, if necessary, biopsied. Return to the Oral Surgeon who extracted your wisdom teeth for evaluation and treatment. Don't put this off.
