Get examined: I would suggest contacting the doctor that removed your wisdom teeth tomorrow to have them evaluate the areas of surgery and your throat to be sure that everything is healing properly.

Normal: Removal of impacted teeth are major surgery and some discomfort after are normal. Assuming your lower wisdoms were removed and the so the area that you have discomfort are where the surgeon deposited the anesthesia medication. Normally the area will remain soar for a few days after injection. Normally within 48 hours. If your discomfort remains beyond that than see your dentist. Hope that helps.
