You have panic: Disorder? You would need to work with an individual therapist to find out what your specific triggers are to having panic attacks and how to get them under control. See a family doctor to rule out physical causes and then see a psychiatrist for medicinal help and full diagnostic evaluation to make sure that panic disorder is indeed the primary diagnosis and then you could be referred on to therapywith a cbt therapist. Best wishes.
