People who have: Panic attacks are ok but often fear dying or some other catastrophic event. The fear of another panic attack becomes the real issue. Some therapists will even prescribe panic attacks to help the person see that they are ok and that the attacks are self-limiting. Please see a psychologist for support. Peace and good health.

Panic: Anxiety or panic is often a miso erection of reality. It is a fear that feelings are deadly. When in fact, they are just feelings. Anxiety is overcome by relearning how to name and define those feelings.
