Possibly: Msg can cause an adrenaline rush, rapid heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, tremors, flushing, and can be very similar to a panic attack.

Yes: Absolutely. Some are very sensitve to msg and develop a rash and/or breathing problems. You should probably avoid msg and consider yourself to be allergic to it. An antihistimine like benedryl could help. Good luck.
