Craze line: This could some sort of craze line that left untreated could fracture your tooth in half. Call your dentist to have this checked out.

Thin line: Enamel is a crystalline glass-like structure and over time with wear and tear small cracks can form in the tooth structure called craze lines. If you can imagine a tiny crack in the windshield of a car, the more the car is driven the bigger the crack gets. Very similar with craze lines. Most of them amount to nothing but if over time they get larger and can be felt like a crease its time to fix it.
