See Oral Surgeon: Those are probably the bony edges of the tooth sockets. Sometimes they will round off over time. See the oral surgeon to evaluate and treat these for you. Good luck.

Loose vs not loose: Sometimes when many teeth are extracted there will be small pieces of bone where the bone has been smoothed our shaped.....Kind of like bone "sawdust". This is likely if the shards are loosely floating around. If the edges of the extractions sites are sharp, they may not have been smoothed after the extractions. This can be done after the soft tissue heals. You should check with the surgeon.
