You might: It depends on your dentist's treatment plan. Those would be called immediate dentures.. They are placed imediately after your teeth are extracted. In many cases, a few months later they will need to be relined since your gums and bone would have shrunk a bit post operatively.

Yes and no...: Initial placement of complete dentures is usually implemented using the "immediate" technique. The back teeth are removed first, leaving the front teeth in place while the denture is being made. Once the denture is constructed, the remaining front teeth are removed and the denture inserted at the same treatment session. After full healing of the gums, the denture must be either relined or re-made.

Yes: Your dentist can make you "immediate dentures" which can be inserted when the teeth are removed. Usually the immeduate denture will have to be relined when there has been sufficient healing since the denture will become loose.

If planned for: Yes, it can be done that way if there is sufficient time to plan for it. My colleagues already gave you more excellent information on this issue. It's a good reason not to wait until it is too late and there is an emergency at hand, teeth to pull and no replacement ready. Also consider dental implants at some point as they are more comfortable, stable, and the best replacement option.
