A member asked:

I'm 22 and my gums bleed when i brush and go white (maybe i brush too hard). what do i do?

See a periodontist: Bleeding gums are a sign of one or many problems. Have a periodontist evaluate you if you are just brushing too hard with a too firm brush that would cause bleeding but so will gums that are infected and if not treated can progress to bone damage to your jaw.
