Evaluation: The teeth need to be evaluated, locally, for periodontitis. If they are loose, they may be treatable, they may need extraction. How to replace them is dependent on the condition of the other teeth in your mouth. No one can give you options for your care, over the internet, sight unseen. Please make an appointment with a local dentist for treatment.

Depend on the cause: The most common causes are oral trauma, bruxism (nighttime tooth grinding) and advanced gum disease. Losing a permanent tooth is preventable but if the tooth is beyond saving, a tooth extraction may be necessary.
