Yes: Dental bridges are used for the replacement of 1, 2 up to 4 missing teeth, depending on the location of the missing teeth. A dental bridge "bridges" the span from one tooth to another much like the golden gate bridge. However hooking two or more teeth together makes cleaning more difficult. Almost in every situation a dental implant is a better long term solution. Talk to a dentist.

Unclear question: Not sure what your question is. A bridge can be done on lower teeth, if there are enough left to support it. If not enough left, then implants can be done and a bridge placed on them. The entire arch can also be built on implants. Good luck.
