Ok so i kept messing with the ball thing in my nose that keeps moving from one side to other and i finally saw a red bump in left side of nose my upper two teeth also hurt when i bite down and my nose kind of burns when i breathe in?

There is no normal "ball thing" in the nose. Maybe a nasal polyp? An infection (possibly a rather serious one) could be responsible for these symptoms. See your doctor soon, or ask for referral to an otolaryngologist (ear-nose-throat specialist, ENT). Good luck.
