A member asked:

I am self conscious and i take care of my teeth but this is so rare. will a root canal be successful on a baby tooth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Often times there are situations where replacing the baby tooth with a dental implant makes better long term sense. Having said that, baby teeth can be preserved with root canal therapy in many situations. An endodontist can evaluate you and help you decide what is best for you.
