Maybe: A root canal on a baby tooth is something i personally would never recommend. I don't believe your prognosis is very good at 23. Keeping the space is important though, so replacing the baby with an implant should be considered.

Possible but see dds: It all depends on the amount of root structure left in the baby tooth, is the occclusal plane identical or even with the adjacent teeth? Discuss these issues with your dentist and also discuss what can you do to replace the tooth if it is extracted.

Depends: It's obviously does not have a successor permanent tooth, if it's in a good restorable condition , then it's worth saving , or extracting it and replacement options like a bridge or an implant, discuss that with your dentist.
