Voice care: Have a healty lifestyle with eating, excercise, and getting adequate sleep. Don't smoke! Always warm up before any singing. You should be well hydrated, drink plenty of water before performing.Never be a habitual throat clearer. Listen to your voice. If you are having a problem singing, do not push it. Allow your voice to recover before trying again. If you have persistent problems, see an ENT.
