See ENT doctor: If you are a smoker then see an ENT doctor ASAP. 3 weeks of laryngitis could still be consistent with a viral laryngitis. But for peace of mind and a specific diagnosis see an ENT doctor for a fiber optic laryngoscopy under local anesthesia in the office.
