Couple reasons: She may be actually pushing some metals out of her pores with the fever. The most common reason is when someone is on amoxil (amoxicillin)...Urine and sweat can have a musky or metallic smell. I have also heard of it after a flu vaccine...Which does contain heavy metal- aluminum and mercury...
