Pain: the history of severe pain and history of high fever is suggestive of transverse mete lotus. There are also conditions like autoimmune disease that can cause the same issues. I believe looking at any labs done during hospitalization and doing MRI OF BRAIN AND SPINAL CORD MIGHT help. Has any labs been done?
