My daughter has a fever for 3 days 102.5 with dry cough.. and I took here to a doctor and they could not tell what’s wrong what should I do ?

Viral: The cough may be related to a viral illness. Keep her well hydrated and if the cough is not resolving as viral symptoms resolve, please see your Pediatrician. Control fever and if there is a fever > 101 on day 5, please your physician again. Closely observe for rash, redness of the eyes and peeling of skin.
