Maybe: But at 32 you should be past the age of cutting wisdom teeth. Also a description of where the bump and pain have been would help. But the only way to get a definite diagnosis is to see a dentist.

Bump in mouth: Depends on where the bump was located. However, this sounds like an abcess of either the gum or a tooth. You should see your dentist for an examination and x-ray to determine the cause and location of the problem.
