Probably not: At your age, there is usually a reason why you are grinding through the night. There can be many causes- stress, bad tooth alignment, tmj/tmd. You should get to a dentist and/or tmj/tmd specialist asap, to provide a thorough history and examination. You may get therapy and a mouthpiece. Do not purchase a mouth guard online or at a retail store. It could make symptoms worse.
