See dentist : Night guard should fit snugly but not put pressure..Will feel different when worn first time....Best is get evaluated by your dentist.

Check with dentist: Your appliance should fit snug and be retentive, but it shouldn't make your teeth feel the way you're explaining. Double check with your dentist, may just need adjustment...

Mouth Guard: The fitting of your night guard should feel confortable, perhaps a little presure for retention, but if it is too much pressure go back to see your dentist. He should make the necessary adjusments in your night guard.
