I have a rather big hole in my back tooth and they are very sensitive, what can be done to save my teeth?

Abscess: Dentistry isn't expensive, neglect is. Too bad this wasn't addressed when problem was small and easy/inexpensive to rx. Depending on progress of the infection you may need filling, or root canal rx and crown, or extraction and replacement implant and crown. Please see dentist now before sensitivity becomes roaring toothache. Then make sure you go for routine examinations.

Lg hole in tooth: There is no way to tell without seeing the tooth and an x-ray of the tooth. In order to save your tooth, you need to go to the dentist. The tooth may or may not be repairable, but you need to have it evaluated by a dentist.
