No: Swelling is sign of infection. You need to see a dentist. There's no otc remedy for neglect. Investing in your health may be more cost effective than the cost of computer equipment and internet access. Talk to your dentist about an extended payment plan or about contacting a 3rd party to finance treatment. They'll be glad to help you.
