Should resolve: As long as the swelling was not due to an infection (or other pathology), the body will resolve the swelling on its own. Your dentist most likely felt that either your bit your cheek or it was swollen from the injection, which does happen occasionally. In those case, there really is nothing that needs to be or can be done. If necessary, speak to your dentist about it.
