Doubtful: Unless you are trying to break a foul mouth habit, i can see no reason for brushing teeth with bar soap.

Not effective: Would you use toothpaste to clean off the mud after digging in the garden? Toothpaste is specifically formulated to help yup clean your teeth. Bar soap is specifically designed to help you wash under your arms.
