No difference: The temperature of the water makes no difference on the effectiveness of your brushing. It is a matter of personal preference. However if the water is too hot it can burn you. Some people have cold sensitivity.

It's up to you: Sometimes warm water may help when the teeth are sensitive and painful. But it actually doesn't matter whether we use cold or warm water for brushing our teeth.
