Can a certain fish be boiled the same way i boil chicken? i am trying something new to cut back on frying fish in all that fattening grease.

Cook book: This is not the type of question i would usually answer since I am not a cook. In general, chicken needs be thoroughly cooked to kill off any salmonella germs which may be present. Fish on the other hand requires much less cooking and usually not throughly cooked to preserve its texture. Go on line and go the recipes and best wishes to you on your improved eating habit.
