Possibly: There are no strong studies to implicate that gluten causes infertility. Except if you think about it, gluten insensitivity causes an inflammatory response in the body. I do have quite a few patients now that have gone gluten-free and have been able to conceive with this regiment along with other fertility treatments. If all else fails, do try a gluten-free diet for a while and see if it does help you to conceive.
