Side effect: That could be primarily the sertraline in terms of the side effect of nausea although the Hydroxyzine may cause some of its own effects in you as well. If you just recently had the dose increased on the sertraline to a higher dose then that can sometimes cause nausea. However, if the nausea persists or starts to lead to vomiting you should get checked out in an emergency room. Stay safe!
