Adverse effects: Medication may have adverse side effects in many people, and you likely are experiencing this. Although you may adjust, best to talk to your doc, as you might do better starting on lower dosage, or switching to a different medicine.

Anti depressants : All meds have common side effects nausea headache upset stomach etc would recommend to reduce the dose to 25 mg for at least a week then increase to 50. Mg and take it at night.Once body adapts to the common reactions its easier to take meds. Please discuss with your psychiatrist if you are taking any other meds with zoloft (sertraline).

Sertralone sideffect: All medication has side effect , but usually u may get used to it. Usually i recommend my patients to start at 25 mg for one week and than to increase for 50 mg.
