UPPP: If you can't tolerate cpap, a surgical management can be considered. Brain stimulants have not worked well in osa except for central process and pickwickian syndromes. Well selected patients do well with uppp but not if done randomly. Go to your lung specialist and get referred to ENT for this. There is no substitute for weight loss.
