Stairs: Living on second floor has an advantage that you can actually use the stairs as a poor man's "stair master". Go up and down the stairs at a rate that you achieve aprox 65% of your maximum heart rate (for your age in your case around 120/minute). No exercise can reduce belly fat specifically, ab exercises can tone your belly muscles.
