Will xanor help my anxiety?

It may: Xanax (alprazolam) (xanor=niravam) is meant to treat anxiety. I find that it works best in panic anxiety. It is of little benefit in ptsd, ocd and social anxiety. It can help in generalized anxiety disorder, but because of the frequent dosing that is necessary, there are certainly far better options. Best wishes.
