Could be cyst: This could be a sebaceous cyst. These can usually be moved. If it is very hard and immobile, you should have it checked by your physician.

Nodule on the neck: The most common small nodular lesion is a cyst. If the lesion is stable in size, mobile and non-tender it is probably ok. If it does not resolve in a few weeks or if it changes you should see your doctor.S.
